Overview

DUO provides a secure log in and allows users to quickly verify their identity by approving push notifications before accessing applications. 

You can create a ticket to get assistance with the following issues: 

- Using DUO

- Reactivating DUO on a new device

- Lost/Disabled phone

- Purchase a DUO Mobile token (Purchase only needed if token is lost or broken)

Purchase Duo Mobile Token
You only need to purchase a hardware token if your phone is incompatible with the Duo Mobile app or if you are replacing a lost or broken token that had been previous issues.
