How to Access
Students may install Respondus LockDown Browser by accessing any quiz in D2L that requires it. Respondus LockDown Browser will automatically launch when starting the quiz.
Overview
Respondus LockDown Browser is the online proctoring solution used for D2L quizzes at Northern. If enabled by the instructor, it will "lock down" the student's computer until the quiz is complete, preventing access to other sites or apps.
Respondus Monitor is an add-on that also records the student during their quizzing session.
