Overview
DUO provides a secure log in and allows users to quickly verify their identity by approving push notifications before accessing applications.
You can create a ticket to get assistance with the following issues:
- Using DUO
- Reactivating DUO on a new device
- Lost/Disabled phone
Faculty and staff without a qualifying smartphone will be provided a hardware token to use Duo. If lost, please contact the help desk for a replacement.
