Student Organizations and Clubs

When creating a new event in 25Live, my student organization or club is no longer available in the list of Organizations.

The list of organizations in 25Live has been simplified to enhance reporting capabilities.  One notable change resulting from this simplification is the elimination of student and campus clubs, organizations, committees, and groups as unique entries.

Instead, please complete the following steps to identify your group’s role with the event:

1. Include the name of the group in the Event Description*.
2. Select NSU-Student Organization or Club as the primary organization.
   1. Once selected, a new field will appear asking the user to enter the full name of the student organization or club sponsoring the event. Manually type in the name of the group in the textbox provided*.

*Please type the name of the organization or club in full; do not use acronyms or abbreviations.
