Issue
Browser cookie (saved data) is causing a website to malfunction.
Environment
Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari.
Cause
Old or bad cookie.
Resolution
Please read below on how to clear your cache and cookies. Note: This will sign you out of and clear your saved settings from most websites.
1. On your computer, open Chrome.
2. At the top right, click More
.
3. Click More tools > Clear browsing data.
4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.

5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
6. Click Clear data.

and select Settings.
2. Select the Privacy & Security panel and go to the Cookies and Site Data section.

3. Click the Clear Data button. The Clear Data dialog will appear.

4. Click Clear.

> Settings > Privacy, search, and services.

2. Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.

3. Under Time range, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
4. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes and then select Clear now.
Note: Safari commonly has issues with submitting Dropboxes in D2L. If that's happening, please try another browser.
1. Click Safari in the upper left hand side of your screen. In the menu that appears, click Preferences.

2. In the window that appears, click the Privacy tab. Click the button Remove All Website Data.

3. Click Remove Now in the pop up window that appears.
