Issue
Browser cache or cookie (saved data) is causing a website to malfunction.
Environment
Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari.
Cause
Bad cache or cookie (saved data).
Resolution
Please read below on how to clear your cache and cookies.
Note: This will sign you out of and clear your saved settings from most websites.
Chrome
1. At the top-right, click the menu 
.
2. Click More tools > Clear browsing data...
3. At the top, choose a "Time range". To delete everything, select "All time".
4. Check all of the boxes, then click Clear data.
Firefox
1. At the top-right, click the menu 
and select Settings.
2. On the left, select the Privacy & Security tab.
3. Scroll down to the "Cookies and Site Data" section, then click Clear Data...
4. Check all the boxes, then click Clear.
Edge
1. At the top-right, click the menu 
and select Settings.
2. On the left, select the Privacy, search, and services tab.
3. Scroll down to the "Clear browsing data" section, then click Choose what to clear.
4. At the top, choose a "Time range". To delete everything, select "All time".
5. Check all the boxes, then click Clear now.
Safari
Note: Safari commonly has issues with accessing courses and submitting Dropboxes in D2L. If that's happening, please try another browser (Chrome or Firefox).
1. At the top-left of your screen, click Safari and select Preferences...
2. Select the Privacy tab, then click Remove All Website Data...
3. In the pop-up menu, click Remove Now.
