How do I change my DocuSign notification settings?
Answer
By default, all DocuSign notification settings are enabled. This may cause senders (or recipients) to receive more emails than desired.
1. Go to https://account.docusign.com/
2. Enter your Northern email, then click Next.
3. Select Use Company Login, then sign in with your Northern account.
4. In the top-right corner, click your initials/picture and select My Preferences.
5. On the left-hand menu, select Notifications.
6. Modify your notification settings as desired, then click Save when finished.
For senders, you may consider disabling "The first time each recipient views an envelope", which is responsible for a large amount of email notifications.
